What Are The Best Tables For Cafes?

At Cafe Chairs Melbourne we totally understand that every cafe has a unique interior, size, and budget to consider when choosing their cafe tables. In this regard, it’s certainly not true that one size fits all! This is why we stock a wide range of cafe tables to cater for all cafes. Choose your style, material, and size.

We’ve decided to use this blog post to select some of the different cafe tables we stock just to give you a better idea of what might be suited to your particular venue.

Communal table with walnut timber top

This communal table with a walnut timber top is one of our firm favourites. Sleek and stylish it’s perfect for today’s trend of seating customers altogether, which many younger cafe goers really appreciate. The walnut timber top sits on a matte black powder coated aluminium frame and would work well in an industrially themed cafe with Tolix chairs or stools grouped around it. View it here

Tolix meeting table with timber top and steel frame

We make no bones about it – we absolutely love Tolix and this meeting table is no exception! Boasting a simplistic style with a timber top, glossy black steel frame, and slightly splayed legs, it would work well both in a traditional and contemporary setting. Steel is a great choice for cafes because it’s incredibly strong, yet light in weight so you can move your tables around easily. If you want to add a splash of colour then we’d recommend pairing it with our steel cabaret chairs which are currently on offer or any of our Tolix chairs. Both are available in funky vibrant colours which are sure to turn heads. Take a look at it here

Round 600mm Cement Table with silver Roma base

Every cafe should have some of these 600mm round or rectangle tables which come in many different colours. They’re small and compact and ideal for maximising your floor space. They also make the perfect table for solo diners or couples, freeing up your larger tables. This cement table is bang on trend and looks gorgeous with its sleek silver base. It looks great with white or black chairs for a monochrome look. See it here.

Dry Bar Table in Rustic Maple with black Roma base

We had to include a dry bar table on our list of favourite tables. Standing tall and lofty they tower over other tables to add visual interest and are ideal for placing in corners or on an outside terrace with or without chairs. Also known as a poseur table, they’re great to bring out at your busiest times allowing people to stand chatting and be able to place their drinks on the adjacent dry bar table. They also look fab with our tall bar stools. See our dry bar table here.

At Cafe Chairs Melbourne we don’t just sell tables. We have a wide range of chairs, stools, and other accessories We also have a showroom where you can see our products first hand.
